Weekend

So the weekend is here and I'm pretty excited. Finally a break from school although this week went pretty fast. I want to go to Lincoln this weekend, but I don't know if I will. This week has been pretty eventful. Dance is just getting to the point where I hate going. I'm a dancer, its what I love and what I'm good at, but sometimes you got to make sacrifices. So who knows where I'll be next year. Dance is my life, but as of right now I do not want to dance anymore. So it will be an interesting next year. But back to the weekend. I plan on having fun this weekend. I haven't done much these past few weekends and I'm ready to do some fun stuff! So here goes to the weekend!

Florida!

So we went to Florida last Thursday. The plane rides were not so fun. And yes I did cry on the takeoff. Planes freak me out, but when we arrived in Florida it was a whole new world! We stood in line for a couple hours to ride the bus back to our hotel. When we got there we all planned to hurry and change and hit the parks! Our hotel was pretty gross, not going to lie. It was one of the lower class Disney resorts, something I am not used to. We all got ready and went to Epcot. There was no lines so we got to ride the rides over and over. The whole time we were down there we were so busy. We rode many roller coasters and it was a blast. The day of our performance crept up and it was no more roller coasters. We practiced and tried to calm our nerves. On the stage I could not breathe. It was crazy! After we performed we felt so confident about the dance...but apparently it wasn't good enough. We made it to semi-finals which is the second round and then we were not able to make it to the finals :( It was still a super fun experience, but all of us were ready to come home! Now we have to perform at districts and state. We are learning a new routine which is pretty weak compared to our nationals dance. Oh well, at least we get to perform!

Kaleb will miss me when I am in Florida! He is probably going to cry! And Miss Rowse will also miss me!

Florida!!

So in 3 days I will be on my way to Florida! I'm started to get way more excited. We got our times of when and where we dance. After our performance Friday I feel pretty good about us being at nationals. Everyone said we did really good and watching the video makes me feel alot better then before. Our turns were really together and that is a plus because that rarely ever happens. I'm pretty excited to be riding rides! Should be a good time. But with 20 girls it could get a little dramaful. We have had quite the drama squad this year so hopefully we will all get along!
